Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and kept in original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: clearance products, personalized customized goods, intimate products, and items marked as final sale.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service to submit a return application and state the return reason.

2. Wait for our return approval and obtain the return shipping address.

3. Pack the goods completely and send the package back according to instructions.

4. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund.

Refund Rules

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly by us.

Defective & Damaged Products

If you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos or videos as evidence. We will provide free replacement or full refund without extra charge.
